Guangdong Science Center

The Guangdong Science Center is one of China's largest interactive science museums, offering hands-on exhibits, immersive displays and fascinating demonstrations covering everything from space exploration and robotics to nature and engineering. Although it's advertised for all ages, the center encourages exploration through interactive experiences rather than traditional museum displays, making it an excellent choice for families with young children or teenagers. And the building itself is a truly unique piece of architecture worthy of a few photos. Located on Guangzhou University Town (an island containing 10 universities!), the Science Center is best enjoyed over half a day and is particularly well suited to rainy days or hot summer afternoons.
